AMI-GLAS® (SGLT) is a silicone-coated fiberglass tubing that provides extra protection from heat, water, oil, grease and dirt and used to protect piping, cables and instrumentation lines in very high heat or molten environments. The inside 100% fiberglass tubing can withstand temperatures up to 1000°F (538°C). The outside silicone coating can withstand continuous temperatures of up to 500°F and withstand a splash 3000°F molten-metal. Braided tubing is available upon request.
